Life changing. At 47 years old, I was experiencing severe neck pain for years and tried everything to make it better. I did chiro, acupuncture, cupping, massage, cortisol shots, and pain meds.
Nothing and I mean nothing made the pain go away. It was impacting my day to day life to the point where as soon as I got home from work, I was laid out. I was canceling plans and limiting socializing to my home.

Cannot recommend this place enough! I started going as injury prevention due to feeling things not aligning in my body while weight lifting, and have improved tremendously in the few months I have been working with the team! Dr. Leshaw is extremely passionate about her work and you can tell by the way she goes into depth on why your body may not be working the way it needs to and how we will get it back on track! She is able to balance a firm hand with gentle care and it makes you feel very taken care of as a patient. Caitlin, the physical therapist, is amazing as well! I had an amazing massage therapy experience with Karizma—she is truly exceptional at what she does. From start to finish, she takes great care to make sure you’re comfortable and having the best possible experience. Her technique is spot-on, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. My lower back pain was reduced as well. Highly recommend—easily a 5-star experience!
