I got my clothes back today and they were very clean. The business owner was pleasant and gave good customer service and conversation. Apparently he is the new owner and bought this business about a year ago. He seemed quite grateful to me for being a new customer and trying out his service. I asked if he accepts coupons, and he opined that these were lean times due to the state of the economy and he cannot afford to offer these, but that sometimes he may offer a special. This is a local Normandy Park Cleaners that has managed to hang on as other cleaners in the area are forced to close their doors. Four Star is extremely convenient for me (I live only 1/4 mile away). So it is in my own self interest to see this business survive. And local businesses that survive help the community and help us all. The Cleaning is as good or better than any cleaners I've been too, The service is great, and for those reasons I am awarding five stars.
