Sadly..... we had a carpet cleaning scheduled for today, 7/14/25 at 9am. No one showed up, no one took our calls, no one returned our calls. We were forced to start making phone calls to other companies to plead our case because we needed the carpets cleaned before tomorrow. A bummer deal for sure, especially after reading some nice reviews prior to setting up our own appointment.

Justin was awesome, he came on short notice & did a fantastic job. He estimated a 2 hour time frame & was done in less than an hour & the carpets looked great. Definitely recommend Justin & Northwest Cleaning!

I have a white carpet with difficult stains that show up, or not, depending on the light. Justin came out three times to make sure the job got done. I highly recommend his services!
