Staff is friendly, professional, kind, helpful, and accommodating, and patients wait. The pharmacy staff and receptionist are also friendly and helpful. Many patients love the facility and its team, describing the staff as good people, best staff ever, and amazing. The building could use an update, but the staff is amazing and provides great care that really cares about patients.
I came into this clinic today for a blood draw and physical, I have to say Candy was amazing! I have thin veins that most nurses have to try 3-4 times to find, Candy was able to draw on the first try which left me speechless! Very professional, thank you!
Dustin listens to me, answers my questions and is not dismissive or condescending as has been my experience with other facilities.
Staff has always been helpful and doesn't keep patients waiting.
Lake Spokane has the best staff ever; very professional and friendly. Dr. Riddle provides great care, and really cares about his patients. The building could use an update, but the staff is amazing.
