“My initial brow appointment with Danielle was on March 12, 2026. I spent a lovely relaxing spa like afternoon in her beautiful studio while she created my new browse with meticulous measurement design and care. I felt no discomfort during either my initial session or my touchup session. The first evening of both sessions, I had minor discomfort like a sunburn feeling for about three hours, then only tenderness for a couple of days while applying the healing ointment. I am very pleased with my new brows. I love the shape and the shade. They look very natural, only better!“

Both times I’ve been here has been a wonderful experience. The first time I got a cut and color. Although the cut wasn’t what I wanted, the color turned out great.
Probably thinking that contradicts giving more than 5 stars, huh?!
When I called about my concerns about my haircut, I was promptly contacted by Melissa to see how they can make it right. Not only did she make it right, she went above and beyond to make my hair cut exactly what I wanted and educated me on ways to style it. Not very often these days do you get the owner of a business to call you back almost immediately, but also go above and beyond to get you in get you taken care of and sincerely make you feel like you’re concerns are valid and not a problem.
Soon as you walk into the shop, you can feel the amazing heart and dedication that’s been put into the shop. There’s a great variety to the services offered here with welcoming staff to match.“

I really enjoyed my first visit to Luxe Salon for a much overdue haircut. I had the pleasure of having Claire (I believe that was her name — sorry if I’m mistaken!) and she was wonderful. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, and really listened to what I wanted. I loved the complimentary drinks and the friendly service from all the staff. I’ve been nervous to get my hair cut because it’s hard to find someone who isn’t in a rush or who takes the time to understand what I’m asking for. Claire was very easygoing, intentional, and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy with the length and style. I’ll definitely be back!“

But she is a master at her craft and a true artist with hair color. Magically, my hair has been restored to its original color and depth of 30 years ago. Missy always takes the time to listen to my needs and concerns and she explains everything she is doing and what she is using so I understand. She also gives great instruction on new ways of styling my hair.
