A few weeks ago, I was expecting six friends to stay over for a week, when I realized my a/c wasn't working properly. I was on the phone with the manufacturer for over an hour while the house was getting much too warm for comfort. They couldn't solve the problem but they did give me the name of a local a/c company. I called them and they were kind, understanding, patient and most of all professional and knowledgeable! They diagnosed the problem over the phone and my house was cooling down in no time.
