The Everett Clinic Laboratory Harbour Pointe

I saw a PCP here for years that I loved. Then Optum took over and he left. Then I saw another PCP for one visit. I liked him. He left. I was assigned a newly hired extremely young PCP, her first dr job after interning. I saw her once. I left. She told me advice that was just wackadoo. Like i don't need a mammogram unless I feel a lump. I should stop taking any nsaids, only take tylenol. (except my baby aspirin for stroke. I should continue taking that...well I hadn't even been told to start?) She also spoke loudly and slowly in really simple sentences...which I thought was really odd because I could hear and understand her just fine. Went home and double checked... read full review

it was on May 4, 2023 that I met with the optometrist at the EC Mukilteo. while I waited for my appointment I observed an elderly man walk into the clinic and told the front desk staff he was very ill and needs to see doctor right away. The COVID restrictions had already been lifted. The staff told him he had to go outside and wait until they call his name. It was cold cloudy and windy that day. I had my check up and ordered a pair of brown tortes shell glass frames that were rounded lenses on the bottom of the eye piece. I paid them $133 On credit card. After clinic ops were mad at regence med adv and took it out on all these patients by canceling all their ongoing care appts, we have found Providence a few blocks away. We are very happy with the care at Providence, but we found out our regular PCP from Everett Clinic decided to leave the Everett Clinic after working with them for just 8 months. She was awesome, so we called the EC clinic to see if we could perhaps follow her to the new location. Not sure if she received our message because we never got a call back from this clinic. In the meantime we have developed a new bond with our new Dr. Janeeca Johnston at Providence a few blocks away. We highly recommend this... read full review
