I called Trevor in a panic less than a week ago. My previous floor installer was unavailable for 2 weeks now that my flooring arrived, but I needed it installed asap, as we had been in a hotel for 4 weeks at that point and were starting the 5th week. I told him that if he could see my face as I asked about an install within a week, he could see me scrunching my face, knowing it was a TALL ask. I was hoping for Wednesday or Thursday install, but he called me back, saying how about Saturday? This was 4-5 days *before* my hoped for date. Well, the installer's kid got sick, so it did have to get postponed till Monday, but Dennis showed up Monday at noon and completed the job by 1pm today, Tuesday. The communication was flawless. The installer actually discovered my previous installer, not affiliated with Modern Flooring at all, had installed my underlayment incorrectly and made sure to install all the new flooring correctly. I have to take up the incorrect installation with my contractor, as that was his and his company's error. In addition, when I first called Trevor, I discovered I had to hang up because my sprinkler head broke and water was gysering out of the head. Trevor spent time helping me problem solve and told me what parts to get, then helped me cut the tree root he found separating the head from the hose, and fixed the thing for me. 10/10 stars from me and my family! So grateful to be able to move back into our master bedroom after we get the painting and trim done in the next couple of days! Thanks so much!!!
