Our Association worked with J-2 to assess and prescribe a plan to remediate water intrusion and several other structural issues with our 60 year old condo complex. J-2 helped us find a solution for replacing the complete building envelope, plumbing drain lines, water heaters and fire alarm system while navigating issues such as asbestos and lead paint. We were able to keep occupants in place for all but a night or two during the 2 year project. The group at J2 were awesome to work with. Everything was well explained to us and any time we had a question (which was often!) they got back to us, within 24 hours. I highly recommend them.
J2 started this reclad project with our Condos almost two years ago, planning, consulting, start up, construction and finish. They are the best example of professional service and integrity I have witnessed in the construction industry. If I could give them a 10, I would. Throughout the process they have very hands on with great attention to detail and always addressing tenant concerns with the highest level of courtesy and respect, with the intention of satisfying individual concerns with the stated project plan in mind.
