When He came to our complex, he was attentive to our needs and honest about the condition of the property and what should be prioritized. He went around back of the building and investigated every nook and cranny for the current conditions of the integrity of various support structures.

I help to manage a 8 unit condo building. Jens and the team at J2 helped us with our preliminary and intrusive investigation. They also helped to consult during our insurance claims and helped to result in a sizable insurance settlement. We also had a roofing issue and their expert report helped to result in the roofing company completing all repairs without any litigation needed. The company’s expert opinion and reputation in the building construction industry was pivotal and helped with that project greatly.
