Husband called BelRed during the holidays for an exterior outlet issue to get our hot tub up and running, as well as fix another indoor outlet issue. (Hot tub had stopped working suddenly after recent outage, but family in town for holidays wanted to soak!) They sent Oscar who was awesome to work with and even came back the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly - Didn't want to leave us without a working garage door. Thank you, Oscar!! Yes, BelRed was pricey, but they were thorough and did a great job - even over New Year's Eve.

Total dissatisfaction with Belred once again. We woke up this morning to the furnace not working and called Belred who actually sold and installed the unit. We were offered a service appointment 3 days later! This is not the only time we've had issues with them; two years ago they came out for a service call and the tech was trying to convince us to spend $1000 for a part that did not need replacing. Luckily we called a different company who fixed the problem quickly for $189 (service call fee). Stay away from them!

Just had a low temp heat pump installed in Bellevue WA. Everyone has been knowable. Currently there are rebates that BellRed handled. The install was faster and smoother than expected, staff included install technicians and electricians. All showed up as scheduled and finished quickly. Great company to work with highly recommended.

One year after installation my heat pump has failed. House is freezing and I don't want these morons back in my house. The ineptitude of their technicians is immeasurable.
