The TeamLogic IT team was committed to supporting us with very quick response times during an extended ISP outage and helped us minimize the amount of time we were without service to our network as we pivoted to a temporary failover Internet service. When our original service was regained they helped us regain normal operations in a smooth and timely manner.

Very helpful. The follow through is amazing. Always willing to work on the smallest problem. There is always follow-up to make sure all of our IT issues are resolved. As part of their service, they whisked away the computer hardware cemetery that we had been keeping in the basement.

I work at Everhome Healthcare, we use TeamLogic for our IT needs. Elena and her team are amazing! They assist with every issue in a timely manner, are able to accommodate unexpected 'rush requests', and are very professional. They are an asset and I can't imagine working without them. The entire team is fantastic.
update September 2025: John stopped by yesterday to pick up a laptop and actually stayed almost an hour to help with other issues. We unintentionally blindsided him and he handled it with such professionalism and grace. We are so thankful and grateful for everything TeamLogic does for us.
