I started seeing Trudi during my 16th week of pregnancy and almost every week after that. She has helped to make my pregnancy easier with less pain and I cannot thank her enough for that. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and it was a joy to see her every week. Katy at the front desk is also incredible and so friendly and kind. She made everything regarding using my insurance a breeze. I highly recommend Evergreen for prenatal wellness and I will be back for postnatal!

I've always had great experiences here! Nice environment, easy to get to, and fantastic staff. I've had Trudi a few times now and she is a fantastic and knowledgable therapist. Would absolutely recommend her and the clinic.

I started coming here for a prenatal massage with Trudi. So far, it has been a wonderful experience! The office is clean and I liked that you can now tip using a your card (the old office didn't used to do that and I don't carry cash all the time). I also liked the ease of access and easy scheduling online. Massage - I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and I have a lot of aches and pains. I don't like firm/deep massages and I liked that Trudi can adjust the pressure to my liking. I also truly appreciate the silence during my massage session. Trudi will tell me before we start "this is your time. Relax" and she'll do her thing while I dose off. I have been with other massage therapists and most of them likes to talk and you end up listening to their life story instead of relaxing. I have 2 other kids and 1 hour of silence while getting a massage is such a treat for me!
