I signed up for the beginner class with a friend.Shelly, the owner and Instructor was very kind and welcoming.6 classes later, We’re signing up for 2 classes twice a week.This yoga class/ Studio has very good energy?Namaste ?

Shelley was the first yoga instructor I ever had over a decade ago. She's still one of the best instructors I've had the opportunity to learn yoga from, and I've taken classes in many different areas. I wish I lived closer to be able to visit! Whether you're just starting out or have tons of experience under your belt, I'd highly recommend her classes.

Great studio and loved that atmosphere. The class was well thought out and fun. I'm not sure why the other person gave three stars before me as the studio never advertised as hot or having childcare...
