James G. went above and beyond to help fix a laptop for me. Thing was just barely a year old. Thought it might just be a new battery issue. This guy got a new battery installed it still had no luck and after running diagnostics on the rest of the internals came to the conclusion moisture must have been the culprit.Found me a comparable set up switched over hdd, ram and was able to retain everything my gf was hoping to keep allllll in warranteed manner.
