ALL of the staff and doctors have been excellent over many years of treating this old Veteran. Could not ask for better attention than this team. Easy communication system on the internet. Messages sent via their online communication system are answered within 24 hours and often the same day. Top notch for sure. I can only say Thank you to this VA staff and system of support!
I've been receiving care at the Mount Vernon CBOC for over ten years, and I also see a provider in my town. I've seen many changes during that time. While there are issues with any clinic, it's important to be your own advocate.
The Mount Vernon, Washington Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Mt. Vernon, Skagit County WA is an impressive VA Outpatient Clinic. It is one of the better VA Clinics that I have ever been seen by when it comes to VA outpatient clinics. Very good service experience here as everyone from the initial front desk check in staff to everyone on the medical staff and team. All were very friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. Highly recommend this VA Clinic for other military veterans who are in this clinics commuting distance and range.
