They were really great throughout the whole process. Dr. Raj seems like a chill guy and got my prescription perfectly tuned. They ordered me multiple sets of trial lenses after I was unimpressed with the initial set of monthlies. The communication was excellent and it was nice to feel like they were staying on top of things for me. Unfortunately, I didn't get a glasses prescription as part of the deal, so I'm going to have to go out of pocket for an additional exam somewhere else. I have used Mount Vernon Vision Source for many years and have had nothing but good experiences with Dr Jones and the staff. Today I had my annual exam and ordered new glasses. The staff at the desk was very courteous and Dr Jones was friendly as always. But the highlight of my day was my experience picking out new glasses. I was helped by Diana and I have not had a more fun time picking out glasses. She really listened to what I wanted and picked out a great selection to choose from. She was incredibly funny and immediately made me feel comfortable. Wonderful experience getting new glasses. I had my prescription from my eye doctor and they didn't try to get me to redo the eye exam. Great variety of vendors and knowledgeable staff made this an easy task.
