We were very pleased with the service we received today from Foss, Heating & Cooling. The technician was very good at explaining work that we need to have done on our furnace and walking us through the detail. We would absolutely recommend Foss to anyone else, needing their services.
Brett's been out twice this week tracking down a leak in our system. The system wasn't installed by Foss. We weren't impressed with the work of the original installer, so we called Foss. Just like Andre, who we worked with 2 years ago, Brett was courteous and informative. He kept me informed each step of the way. Professional and efficient. Thank you.
Super responsive in an emergency. Organized communication and updates via text etc and very personable and clear technician who gave good explanations and options for problem solving.
