All I can say is wow!! My carpet was looking pretty shabby until ChemDry came to my house. Arrived precisely at the scheduled time, took a look around, and gave me a quote of the services I wanted. Then the gentleman got to work. My carpet is tan and I have a little dog that had some issues with potty training so there were some spots that looked pretty nasty. Fast forward and the dirty spots are gone, there was no lingering odor, and around four hours later the carpet was totally dry. The carpet is 12 years old and the cleaning brought it back to life. Joseph was amaZing!!! Best service ever. He was quick, so professional, and they were able to squeeze our animal pee emergency in last minute. My kids loved watching from the counter and he even answered all their questions so patiently.

Mr Joe was very friendly, professional and humble. What took him a little over an hr to do would have taken me days. He wasn’t pushy about adding on services, I felt the pricing was fair, and he was very informative and answered all my questions during the process. The quote I was given on the phone by his wife Michelle was close to the actual quote given upon inspection. She was a pleasure to work with as well.
