Great experience and if I’d known it was so easy I wouldn’t have waited 15 years to get my rugs cleaned! Michelle was friendly and efficient and slotted us in for the next day. Joe kept us apprised of timing and came right as scheduled, quickly arranged everything and was done before I knew it. The three area rugs now look brand new.
