What a pleasant surprise. No one likes having plumbing problems but when you have to call a plumber, make it All-Time. I had to call on a Sunday. Every other plumber I called had an exorbitant fee before any work was done. Eric came right away, at a reasonable rate. That rate was waved because I had work done. He showed me my options with no pressure or upselling. His work was excellent. I won’t call anyone else from now on.
We Called All Time on the weekend and they showed up first thing in the morning. We were very grateful as we had house guests coming.They were very competent and finished the water heater instillation just as they promised.I forgot the plumber's name but I wish I could as he was very personable.He had an apprentice with him named I think Conner.
