They are patient, nice, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Dana did a fantastic job with a child's first haircut, making the experience welcoming and fun for a 4-year-old. Customers often mention that Dana takes time to listen and never makes them feel rushed, resulting in hair that turns out exactly how they want. The atmosphere is great, and the entire team makes clients feel at home. Roots brings visions to life, offering a full service experience that never disappoints.

I absolutely love my experience at Roots! Kristina does amazing massages and gives you helpful tips on how you can help yourself! I also get my nose pierced from Brittany Svilar and not only did she do an amazing job but she was very supportive! One of the other girls came and held my hand while I got it done since I was scared and all I got was support and compliments! Absolutely love the girls that work here!
Dana did a fantastic job with my daughter’s first haircut. She made my 4 year old feel so welcomed and made it an overall amazing experience for her. She also styled it so pretty and my daughter is in love with her new look. 10/10 definitely recommend.
