My child went in for a hair cut. She had a photo for the hair cut she wanted however, the person cutting her hair did not follow the photo. Her hair cut came out completely different than the photo. She was asked by they person cutting her hair if she wanted it a little shorter but the person cut it way shorter. My daughter was too nervous and a little upset to say anything about it. At first she felt like she looked like a boy and was upset about that. She is now liking it a bit more. The tech did not follow the picture or listen and was not clear and it did not feel like she listened to my child. She did not talk to my child so she felt like the tech was not that friendly....read full review

I asked for a flat top cut. Marisela said that she had done one cut like that previously. With a bit of encouragement from me she did a great job and I was totally satisfied.Service: Haircut

I always enjoy getting my hair cut at Great Clips. The staff are aware of what I want, and no matter who cuts my hair, I am always satisfied. They are also polite and friendly, and they always talk to me and make me smile! It's always a good experience!Service: Haircut
