I called them in a panic around 1:00 pm today. I had sewage in my basement and the company was trying to pump the water out and after trying 5 times they told me to call a plumber because something is blocking the pipe and they can't do their job until that gets fixed. By 2:00 Logan and Austin showed up and began to check things out. They came back with bad news telling me they were unable to fix the problem because it turned out to be an electrical problem with the pressurized septic pump. They immediately gave me the name and number of an electrician to call, which I did only to find out that in order for him to do his work that area would need to be pumped out.
