Our vehicle broke down east of Moses Lake. Jared at Affordable Auto Repair got us in early the next morning. Even though the work took longer than expected because of a fused sensor, they kept at it until the job was done and we were on our way.A fun little side recommendation: when we went to dinner, we mentioned to our server that our vehicle was at Affordable Auto Repair. She said, "Oh, that's Jared. He's very good." It added a little positive note to an unpleasant situation.

My work van stalled while I was traveling right after I had fueled up. I had my van towed here on recommendation of the tow truck operator. I dropped my keys off around midnight and found emergency accommodations at one of the nearby hotels. When I woke up they had started early to avoid the afternoon heat (they care about their techs) and I told them it stalled right after I fueled up. ( pointing them in the wrong direction)They had it up and running in an hour. Turns out my lube place didn't put my air filter back correctly and debris was blocking the mass air sensor. Our car broke down right in front of this shop at the end of a cross-country road trip. These guys were kind enough to squeeze us into their packed schedule. They correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time. We made it home safe thanks to them!
