So I have not yet gone in my appointment but I wanted to go ahead a post a review about how easy it was to make an appointment. My sister gave me a birthday Groupon for laser-lipo. When I called their 844# to make the appointment I was able to speak with an actual human being and they didn't act all confused or disappointed that I was calling about a Groupon deal. Their schedule is wide open, which makes me a little nervous, but every business has to start somewhere. I received an email confirming my appointment and it was super easy to change my appt. time online without having to make another call. So far so good. I'll post more after my session. WISH ME LUCK!
