So many critical mistakes from our maternity vist. Incorrect expected delivery date estimation, mislead insurance information and other related issues.
We don't recommend this clinic at all.

New to the area and needed a Dr near me. No other drs were seeing new patients, so off to the Health Center… the first appt with Kylie was great in February. Felt heard and she was great!!
Now this visit…. I booked my appointment WEEKS in advance to ensure I saw Kylie Carter. Upon the appointment reminder call the day before I CONFIRMED my appt was with Kylie. I also told the front desk staff/appointment scheduler that I had MULTIPLE ITEMS TO DISCUSS. When I arrived I was told that they double booked Kylie and I would be seeing Dr Shanna. Now I get whatever he's talking about. Here it is my appointment's at 10:40. Here's 11:07 I have another appointment I have to be to which I'm going to have to cancel because they can't keep their appointment times square up. So I had to cancel my appointment with my attorney for my lawsuit that doesn't make anything look any better. I would give them any more than half a star if I thought about it for even a minute out of time. Not only do they jet lag you but they make you late for everything else now I see what everybody's talking about
