I have been a patient there for over 2 years and have nothing but praises for the caregivers and staff. I had been previously searching for a provider to replace my lifelong family physician of 35 years who retired. I spent more than a year, trying to find a PCP who would actually take time to have a discussion about my issues and develop strategies to deal with them. Dr. Teplow and ARNP Alisa Chard are top notch.

Negative stars. The doctors here dismissed their patient's main concern. Took vitals down incorrectly as to indicate other issues (high blood pressure, heart rate and obesity) due to mistakenly measuring stats, basic things like height was measured 4 inches shorter. Lied on medical records indicating care that didn't take place.

A very good clinic — I’ve been going here for over a year. My doctor, Kaylee Black, always listens to me carefully. I’ve visited 4–5 different clinics before, and this one is truly the best in every way when it comes to how patients are treated.
