If a person can love a laundry mat I love this one! The prices are reasonable. It's always clean. There are plenty of machines. The women that work there are pleasant and friendly. I highly recommend the drop off service!
My first experience with the Monroe laundry company was good. They are very friendly and helpful. The extra large capacity machines were new to me. They helped me They whole way starting with how much you can put in those machines! Wow. I miscalculated, and ended up a little short on funds to dry. She put a little extra dry time on my clothes for me to get them dry, since it was my first time. I don't imagine they do that too often, but thank goodness she did for me on that day. I really appreciated the extra effort on her part, to make my first experience pleasant.
