While trying to upgrade a work computer and I crashed it... Thankfully Mark was able repair my computer within a few hours! Super grateful that he was able to get me back up and running again!

Mark is the magic man. We have taken our laptop issues to him for about 10 years. He has come to our home, we have taken our computer into his office, he has fixed it online remotely and we are currently living in Spain and when we had a problem here we still called him in Monroe. He took the time to talk to us and even though our computer was totally frozen up and he couldn't connect to it this time he spent the to help us. It is a great feeling to know he will be there for us whenever and where ever we are Thank you Mark!
