That said, Kaulana doesn’t fall short at all. I called on Friday at 4:08, and even though the office was already closed, she still answered and took the time to help me get scheduled. First thing Saturday morning, she emailed me to confirm my benefits and sent over the form I needed to complete. Even though my appointment is scheduled out, she kept her word and prioritized getting everything taken care of right away.

“Every massage I have received from Travis has been so THERAPEUTIC and healing. He is not a massage therapist that you go to for pure relaxation and to fall asleep on the table - I’m sure he could do that style, but it would be a waste of his talent. He’s helped me with back pain from lifting and carrying my toddler, he’s helped with muscle and joint complaints when I’ve over done it on a hike or a lift, he’s dramatically improved jaw pain when my TMJ and neck tightness flared up… I think he does it all. And he is an enthusiastic student of his craft. It seems like every time I visit him, he has found a new tool or completed a new training… so basically he gets better and more skilled with every massage I book. Not to mention he has the strongest hands of any massage therapist I’ve met.
I’ll also mention I love that he plays real music… chill, but not the normal droning spa soundtrack. I find his prices very reasonable, and he seems overall like a good dude who enjoys what he does.“

“Ive come here many times, their prices are amazing for what you get. Any time I need to really relax and get my knots worked out, no matter who does it here, I leave without any! I know from the outside it may look sketchy but when you consider the amount of light that would be pouring inside without that, it would not nearly be as relaxing of a massage.
