Did a wonderful job piercing my daughters ears! Shop was very clean and staff was polite, knowledgable and confident. Very good aftercare directions were provided both verbally and in writing.

Over the years, Matt has done some incredible work. I always come in with an idea or drawing and he always provides genuine and honest feedback. He thinks about how the tattoo and I will age and how things tie together, I trust his judgement and I've loved everything he's done. He's talented and his work has aged beautifully. It's always a joy to come into the shop and there's great company and conversation while getting tattooed.
I have a few memorial tattoos and he's taken the time to copy my handwriting or the handwriting of my loved ones, it's made the custom tattoos that much more personal! I love Hardline.
