We moved both our personal and business taxes to Deborah Larsen after years of working with a CPA in Bellevue, and the difference has been night and day. This firm actually answers the phone, and Deborah works incredibly efficiently. What used to take literal months of back-and-forth with our previous firm took less than two hours our first year with Deborah — for both personal and business returns.

Everyone who answers the phone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, whether it’s a quick question or guidance on things like B&O taxes throughout the year.

For years, I've worked with various accountants, bookkeepers and CPAs and in all those years, I've always accepted the fact that response times were slow but not anymore! Deborah and her team are the most responsive group I've ever worked with and it makes all the difference. They always find a way to get the job done before deadlines even when I'm running behind. Most recently, I had some issues with QBO after some sort of software update and after an hour of torture on the phone with QBO support and getting nowhere, I decided to email Deborah and her team. Lois and Ben were able to resolve all 3 of the issues I had despite the fact that after an hour with QBO support, I didn't get resolution of even #1. I am so happy to finally have an accounting team that I can count on!

Deborah and Cherle are the best! I needed help ASAP for the PPP loan for my small business. My payroll was wrong due to a payroll company error- Cherle fixed it and was professional and calm the whole time. I will never trust anyone again with my books/taxes.
