This was my first time at Massage Envy Mill Creek. I didn’t even know there was a Massage Envy here until I stumbled upon it while visiting Bequest Coffee on the same block. I’ve been to other Massage Envy locations across the country (CA, PA, & DC) and haven’t always had very good experiences, so I was a little hesitant. But the staff was really welcoming and nice! I liked that the intake form was on a iPad and synced with their systems. I kinda detest paper forms, so this was a nice touch. Twila is just the best therapist! I always enjoy my sessions with her, and her spot-on advice when responding to questions about managing minor aches and pains is invaluable. I recommend her regularly to family and friends.
I have been going to this location for years. I am a member, which I highly recommend since member pricing is awesome. Twila is my favorite masseuse at this location. She is very friendly and I always leave feeling much better than did when I came in. Twila rules!
