I like that they clean all tools between guests and only use mail files once before disposal. I also like that the facility does not smell strongly of chemicals. I also like the online booking system

I had an amazing experience with Maryam! Waxing can be an intimidating or uncomfortable process, but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. The room was exceptionally clean, the technique was quick, thorough, and as painless as possible, and she also gave me fantastic aftercare tips. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be booking with her again! 5/5 stars!

I've been a client of InSpa Mill Creek for as long as it has been open. Recently, I started seeing Khloe for pedicures. She is great! She helps choose just the right color -- blending two colors when needed. She gives the best foot massages! I will continue to ask for Khloe for all of my nail services.
