Staff is very friendly. I was a little concerned since my dog is older and doesn't like strangers. I gave tips on how to approach her, since all dogs are different. The staff was very understanding and put me at ease. I would leave her here again.

I had to be out of my apartment by the end of the month and had no place for me and my dog together. So on very short notice they took her for me. My new place had not closed yet so was unsure of how long she needed to be there, set a tentative date of 2 weeks out, I had to extend that date out, again unsure. She ended up being there 26 days. They were easy to work with and my dog was well cared for. And Baby says thank you.

We had unusual personal medical needs that required us to board our dog for 4 months. I read online that extended boarding can be very traumatizing for dogs but we had no choice. When we brought our dog home of course she squealed with delight to see me and then settled down with her normal every day routine. We are grateful she did not display any signs of trauma. We did opt to pay for their groomers to bathe her mid stay and before we picked her up. We also paid extra (which was reasonable) to give her outside yard time 2x a day. We will definitely use WestWinds again.
