AWESOME people! We got a fantastic deal. Did everything through email and phone (never have met Jennifer in person :o) ). We had our own crew and when things went south with them, Jennifer & Bob swooped into to rescue us from the disaster. Can't say enough great things about this company!!! When we buy another home/rental it will be through them.

Mt Spokane Homes did an amazing job with the whole process. We were very happy with all the work they did. We went and met with every manufacturered home retailer around our area. This was the biggest purchase of our lives and we wanted to make sure we had the best people available to do the work. There were two initial parts we liked about them. One, they general contract the whole process unlike some other retailers that make you find someone yourself for the site work which is a hassle and the contractors are unpredictable. After looking around at ALL the other manufactured home places, we found this little gem! Jennifer took the time to get to know us, instead of just trying to “sell” us on a home. She went over everything, details, options on the inside and out! Because she took time to get to know us she knew what to suggest and stay in our budget! She also went over set up, delivering and what construction would be needed and suggestions for contractors.Don’t bother wasting your time on the other places, you are just dollar signs to them!
