Great experience with Kalin all the way around. They're responsive, professional, and did the job as stated and on time. The gentleman that gave us our original quote spoke highly of the other two companies bidding the job (which says a lot to me about integrity). The gentleman that did the excavation called me distraught that he was going to be tearing up my landscaping -- which I had come to terms with; the sewer pipe needed repair more than I need a few plants. When I came home after the job was done, I discovered they had dug up and replanted the native shrubs that had been disturbed by the job. Kalin Excavating is beyond incredible and I would give them 100 gold stars if I could!
I plan to add a 400 SF raised concrete patio to the back of the house. I spoke with the Spokane Building Department engineers (in City Hall) and they recommended either replacing (with cast iron) or re-routing my PVC sewer line because of the shallow depth. They didn’t think the sewer pipe could handle the load from the concrete. Time to call excavators!

They are the best and did an awesome job. They did about 90 feet redoing our sewer line. Qouted us about $6000 less than Bull Dog Rooter. They did the whole job and fixed our landscaping back to the original except for a couple of very small spots that need to grow back over. Highly recommended
