I didn’t catch the drivers name, but he had a large dog with him and his white work truck. He was extremely helpful, He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. My black water tank in my toy hauler was clogged, and he took the time to unclog it and clean out my entire system. Service this place was worth every penny I will never call anyone else. I used House Bros for my septic system install when I found out my septic field had unfortunately failed. The designer sent several bids out to different companies around the Thurston area. House Bros came back with a bid that was several thousand dollars below all the other bids from the area. I decided to go with them and I'm so glad I did. Not only was their bid lower but they threw in a little extra by also putting down topsoil when the project was completed to help repair the damage done by the large machines that had to dig up my yard.
