Total rip off artists!! $278 in labor for 30min worth of work. Terrible customer service, when I contacted by email no response, when I contacted her on social media the only response was it comes with a warranty. Warranty or not, $278 for 30min way too steep. Do not hire this service!! I should have read the two terrible reviews even though they didn't encounter my issue.

I followed Google maps on a wild goose chase all over Marysville with my 2 small children to a business that wasn't even there. Apparently the place closed over a year ago and no one bothered to update Google about it, which I discovered when I asked the clerk at the store next door to the location that it was supposed to be at. One star is too much, I'd give it zero if I could.

If zero stars were an option I would choose that. Horrible service. Technician lied about coming to my house. I was sitting at my house waiting. He even said he called me which he did not. I called at least 5 times after receiving the “sorry we missed you” email and text. I was hung up on and lied to by the people on the phone and one of them was a manager. Worst service ever. Oh, and this is the second time this has happened- the first time was for service on my washer.Service: Dishwasher repair
