I have been going to see Andy for a full set and nail art. He does the quality work! He creates nails that are not just strong, but they look beautiful. First time here at regal nails. I gor aimeple french tips and hearts and they came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! So very kind and warm welcome. My artist talked to me about my day and was very friendly. I highly recommend this place ! And very budget friendly prices! Just right inside walmart for shopping convenience as well!
