Spencer is honest, reliable and very experienced. He had a creative solution to our sewer problem that solved 2 potential problems while fixing our sewer. He collaborated nicely with the plumber we hired to deal with the drains. He’s good at what he does, I trust him and we’re happy with his work.
I only use this company for jetting my old sewer line. They are fast to respond to my request, typically next day and I am good to go. Sebastian and Patrick are great to work with. They were super conscientious about the toilets back flowing and making sure we didn't have any lingering smells. Job well done.
Spencer came to my rescue! There has been a lot of digging in my neighborhood and the main sewer line was had filled with debris and clogged my sewer line to the main. The city did their best but couldn’t get my line cleared. NW Sewer and drain came and cleared it! Now I can use my toilet and shower again. He was fast and effective! Blessing!! Thank you so so much!
