This is the most honest guy I think I've talked to in a long time. He Walked me through everything that was wrong with the pc and reassured me that he can fix it. Very reasonable price, very reasonable price. And I haven't had a problem since I too it there and I can game without any problems now. I trust the guy and you will be very happy with your results from John. It's now 7/1/2024 and it still runs like gold

The professionalism, expertise, and promptness I experienced when I took my broken MacBook to John was exceptional. He quickly confirmed the problem and let me know how it was affecting my computer, and talked me through what the repair process would look like. He was honest and direct about the cost based on the parts he could source, and he helped me make the decision to call it a loss instead of moving forward with a costly repair. Currently 4 stars, will update if the service ends up worth it. My only issue so far is that they had a huge problem communicating progress, if you quote a date something should be done by i expect an update by that date at the least as its professional to do so, will give it a few days to see how my fixed pc runs
