I have been going to French Nail for years and they always take good care of me. I come in with my husband who is disabled and he loves the spa treatment as well. I find that a picture speaks a thousand words when communicating. They strive to please here.

So my daughter's just got home from getting their nails done. My younger daughter had a great experience however my eldest did not get the shape, design or length she asked for! She went over what she wanted with her nail tech in detail, and still did not get what she wanted. Every nail is a different length and thickness. She won't be going back.

Got turned away at 6 o'clock for a full set because they close at 6:30. The unfriendly woman at the front desk then told me they were doing their jobs and didn't have time for me, although there were three other women not w ith clients. I was under the impression that closing at 6:30 would mean no one after that, not that they were to be done at 6.
