Alex Tarin helped out Mom with new windows. He made sure that she was well informed and knew exactly what she was getting and there was no attempt to upsail or switch things around on her which made me feel good. His company was able to deliver on the date as expected and charges were exactly what they were supposed to be. He even helped her with her paperwork to make sure that she got the maximum refund she could under all the new tax incentives.
