Oh my goodness I can't say enough great things about James and Balance Point. Absolutely amazing service! James came out and fixed our Navien Tankless HW heater. If you know Navien products it's hard to find someone who really knows the product. Others will pretend and charge you the service call and leave you in the dust. James went above and beyond. We are so happy and so grateful to have been referred to him!

James "The Man" was awesome to work with. He gave me a quote and come out did the work. Simple easy and Professional. If you are looking for a Heating cooling system to be installed in your house. James "The Man" is your guy. If I got a quote from one of those company that advertises on TV and Radio. It would have been double for More. I asked James what I needed and He just took care of it. I Highly recommend Balance Point Cooling and Heating.

He has a long list of certifications, experience and continuing education training that has established him as a wealth of knowledge in the industry.
