I went to let my dog out last night and the door wouldn't open! The part that moves in/out when you turn the knob was stuck. I left a message for Anna at about 7.30 and she called me back within just a couple of minutes and we agreed on a time for this morning. She arrived just as scheduled. That thing was really stuck but she kept at it. She had the replacement part in her truck so I didn't need a whole new set. Anna is professional, friendly and told me to be sure to call her if I had any problem with it. I was a little surprised at the price she quoted because I was expecting it to be higher!
