I found Katie when she fixed a botched hair cut from someone else. I was lost and didn't know what to do. I had never met her and was nervous about letting her just have at my head. She was fantastic and instantly put me at ease! She “allowed my hair to tell her what to do.” (As well as listening to me) I have never received so many compliments on my hair as when she cut it. And you know your cut is good when the grow out process is seamless! That was 4 years ago, and I have never looked back! LOVE HER
