Jerry arrived on time and provided a written estimate when he left. Took a good amount of time discussing specifics of the project. They were not the cheapest of the 4 bids I got. The estimator Jerry's discussion lead me to go back and question the specifics of their bids. I found out Stevenson's bid was by far the best value. Crew was very pleasant to work with, did no damage to anything and cleaned my property up perfectly. No hoky up charges, even though they took care of several hidden issues that popped up when the old roof came off. I was properly thanked by the crew when they left the jobsite once complete. This company is the only one I used on my remodel that didn't try to take advantage of us in any fashion. Beautiful work at a fair price using quality materials. Best of all worlds. ✅
