never had a negative experience here. they obviously have a philosophy of emphasizing customer service and it shows. Other locations as well but I especially love this location and the staff have been consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient.

Came in to this location for the second time yesterday. I’ve been to two others. This is by far my favorite. Aesthetically, supersedes the other two spots. Most importantly, the customer service is supreme. Both employees were authentically kind and sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. Very refreshing!

Emily was absolutely lovely! Not only super helpful, but she had an extremely positive and welcoming energy. She introduced me to some new products that I loved, and was extremely professional, and very good at her job. This location is always great at hiring fantastic people and Emily shows that 100 percent. 5/5 if you want to go tanning in Issaquah definitely go to the Highlands!
