Jason showed up on time, working around our busy schedule, then proceeded to put up with my DIY mini-split installation! Thought I had messed things up on installation and turns out it was a maintenance issue. He resolved the issue, ran several diagnostic tests to ensure things were functioning properly and provided excellent explanations and customer service!! In the Rain! + I prefer small privately owned businesses. Would highly recommend giving Pathfinder a call for any HVAC needs.
Jasen Phelps with Pathfinder HVAC did a stellar job at troubleshooting and resolving my issue with not getting heat. Very honest in his assessment of rodents just knocking some wiring loose. I would highly recommend them.
